I have an ! ( Exclamation Point) beside my Wellness Programs

When you have ! buy your Wellness Programs, it means that the firmware did not connect properly to our server. 

Follow these steps to update your NIKKI and fix this. 


Have your phones/mobile device operating systems up to date. 
Uninstall and reinstall your NIKKI Connect App 
To perform a factory reset on your NIKKI:
 1. Swipe to access the settings menu.
2. Scroll down and tap on "About".
3. Further scroll down to locate "Factory Reset" at the bottom.
4. Press and hold for 2 seconds, then release. NIKKI will power down.
5. Place NIKKI on the charger to power it on.
6. Reconnect to the NIKKI Connect APP.
7. Your programs will now begin redownloading.
