Some of my Wellness Programs are Missing

At NIKKI Wellness technology, we understand the importance of having access to all of your purchased Wellness Programs. We currently have a limit of 20 Wellness Programs available, and if you have purchased an extra program from an event and are unable to see all of your Wellness Programs, it is likely that you have exceeded the program limit.


We want to assure you that we are actively working on expanding this capability to accommodate program swapping. We anticipate being able to accommodate program swapping by early 2025. 


We understand that this limitation may be frustrating, and we appreciate your understanding and patience as we work to improve our services. Our goal is to provide a seamless and user-friendly experience for all of our customers, and we are committed to making the necessary updates to ensure that you have access to all of your purchased Wellness Programs.
