Installing and Uninstalling Wellness Programs on your NIKKI.

At NIKKI Wellness technology, we understand the importance of having access to all of your purchased Wellness Programs. We currently have a limit of 20 Wellness Programs available, and if you have purchased additional Wellness Programs from an event or via one of our Co-Selling Partners, it is likely that you have exceeded the program limit.


Here are the steps to choose which 20 programs you would like on your NIKKI Wellness Technology.


  • Open the NIKKI Connect App

  • The NIKKI Connect App will search for and display any available devices

  • If no devices are found, ensure that Bluetooth is enabled on your NIKKI Wellness Technology.

  • Tap on the found NIKKI to connect to the NIKKI Connect App

  • Once connected, tap the three dots in the upper right-hand corner. 

  • Select ‘Activate More Frequency Sets’


There will now be two options:

  1. Activate Additional Frequencies – This is where you can add new programs.

  2. Install/Uninstall Content – This is where you manage your installed programs.

**Important to note – your Wellness Programs are stored directly on your NIKKI device, not in the NIKKI Connect App**


You will see the 'Space Used' bar. This helps you track how much storage is used and how much space is available.

You’ll also see a list of programs under each Collection you have access to, which includes:

  • The name of the Wellness Program,

  • A brief description of the program, 

  • A blue slider bar on the far right

If the slider bar is not colored in, the program is not installed on your NIKKI. 

  • To install or uninstall a program, just tap the blue slider.


As you make changes, the 'Space Used' bar will update by % Used to reflect your selections.


  • Once you’ve selected the programs you’d like to add or remove, simply tap the back arrow in the upper left-hand corner to save your changes and return to the main menu.

Once you've completed these steps, your NIKKI Wellness Technology will update with the Wellness Programs you've selected. In the NIKKI Connect APP your programs will start to update and once they have been updated they will say installed or uninstalled.  

Please stay in the NIKKI Connect APP while you are updating your NIKKI to ensure the programs are properly installed and ready to use

Your  NIKKI will also display an update in progress screen. Once the update is complete, your NIKKI Wellness technology device will display the home screen. The Wellness Programs you have selected will now show on your NIKKI device. 

The uninstalled programs will only be shown when you connect your NIKKI to the NIKKI Connect APP 

Wait until the update is fully complete before closing the NIKKI Connect App or disconnecting your device.

Now you're all set! Enjoy your personalized wellness experience with NIKKI. If you ever need to make adjustments, you can return to the app and update your programs anytime. Happy wellness tuning!
