You have 14 days from the date of delivery to return your unopened NIKKI device for a refund.
The device must be sealed, unused, and in its original packaging.
You are responsible for return shipping and handling costs.
Once the device is received and confirmed to be unopened, your refund will be issued to the original payment method.
Because NIKKI Wellness Technology is a specialized device created to support wellness through advanced frequency-based innovation, returns of opened or activated devices are not accepted for reasons related to device integrity, data protection, and hygiene. Once opened, connected, or used, the device cannot be resold, reprogrammed, or reassigned.
All Wellness Programs, Wellness Memberships, Lyme Wellness Programs, and any co-selling partner programs are non-refundable once purchased or activated. Access to these digital or service-based offerings begins immediately upon purchase and cannot be paused, exchanged, or transferred.
