Refund and Return Policy (Effective November 1, 2025)


All purchases made through We Are NIKKI, including devices, Wellness Programs, Wellness Memberships, Lyme Wellness Programs, and any co-selling partner programs, are subject to the following terms and conditions:

Returns for Unopened Devices.


You have 14 days from the date of delivery to return your unopened NIKKI device for a refund.

The device must be sealed, unused, and in its original packaging.

You are responsible for all return shipping and handling costs.

Once the returned device is received and confirmed to be unopened, your refund will be processed to the original method of payment.


Technology and Device Handling

NIKKI Wellness Technology is a specialized device created to support wellness through advanced frequency-based innovation. For reasons related to device integrity, data protection, and hygiene, returns of opened or activated devices are not accepted. Once a device has been opened, connected, or used, it cannot be resold, reprogrammed, or reassigned.


Programs and Memberships

All Wellness Programs, Wellness Memberships, Lyme Wellness Programs, and any co-selling partner programs are non-refundable once purchased or activated. Access to these digital or service-based offerings begins immediately upon purchase and cannot be paused, exchanged, or transferred.


Non-Refundable Purchases

All sales are final once a device, program, or membership has been opened, accessed, or activated. Refunds and returns are not available under any circumstances, including but not limited to:

Change of mind or personal preference

Perceived lack of results or variations in individual experience

Gift or promotional purchases

Shipping delays or interruptions beyond our control
