Please keep in mind that this Limited Warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser. Proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims. We also want to remind you that this warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, damage caused by improper use, accidents, neglect, or unauthorized modifications, exposure to water in conditions not compliant with our water resistance guidelines, loss or theft of the product, or battery life degradation due to regular use.


In the event of a valid manufacturer defect, NIKKI will replace the defective product with a new or refurbished one of the same model. Please note that no refunds will be issued under this warranty policy—only a replacement in the case of manufacturer defects.
