Steps to Activate more Wellness Programs

If you have purchased more Wellness Suites and have more than one activation code here is how to Activate more Wellness Suites 

Important tips for updating your NIKKI Wellness Technology 

• Stay within the NIKKI Connect app during the update process.
• Keep your NIKKI device on the provided charger throughout the update.
• Avoid copying and pasting your Activation Code; enter it manually.
• Activation codes are not case-sensitive.
• Bluetooth on NIKKI is enabled ( no red circle around Wi-Fi Symbol on NIKKI) 

1. Place Your NIKKI on the Charger

   Ensure your NIKKI device is charging for a seamless activation process.

2. Launch the NIKKI Connect App

   Open the NIKKI Connect app on your mobile device.

3. Access Available Devices

   - Tap the three dots in the upper-right corner of the app.

   - Select "Available Device" from the menu.

4. Connect Your NIKKI Device

   NIKKI Connect will search for nearby devices.  

   - Once it finds your NIKKI, tap on it to connect.

5. Activate Additional Frequency Sets  

   - With your NIKKI connected to NIKKI Connect App, tap the three dots in the upper-right corner again.

   - Select "Activate More Frequency Sets."

6. Enter Your Activation Code

   - The NIKKI Activation Portal will open.

   - Type in your provided Activation Code and confirm.

7. Confirmation  

   After successfully entering the code, you’ll see “Activation Complete” highlighted in green.

8. Download Your New Wellness Program  

   Tap the back arrow in the top-left corner, and your new Wellness Program will begin downloading.
