I tried to update my NIKKI and now it won’t turn on?

Modified on Tue, 24 Sep at 2:23 PM

If you have tried to update your NIKKI and now it won't turn on, don't worry, there are a few steps you can take to try and fix this issue.

First, place your NIKKI on the provided charger. Then, open the NIKKI Connect App and search for available devices. If your NIKKI is listed as DFU (Device Firmware Update), tap on the DFU device. The app will then prompt you to update and install new firmware. Once the update is successful, tap "Finish". Your NIKKI should then power back on and be discoverable on the NIKKI Connect App.

It's important to note that this issue can occur if the NIKKI Connect App is closed during the update process or if the update gets interrupted. By following these steps, you should be able to resolve the issue and get your NIKKI up and running again.

If you continue to experience issues with your NIKKI after following these steps, please don't hesitate to reach out to our customer support team for further assistance. We are here to help and want to ensure that you have the best experience with your NIKKI device.
