If your NIKKI device isn’t powering on, try the following troubleshooting steps:
1. Check the Strap Position
Ensure that the strap of your NIKKI device is properly positioned. Flip it inside out to avoid any obstruction between the charger and the device.
2. Clean the Charging Area
Clean the back of your NIKKI device and the charger using a cotton swab with a small amount of rubbing alcohol. Over time, sweat or residue can build up, affecting the charging connection. After cleaning, gently wipe both surfaces with a soft cloth or tissue to remove any remaining buildup.
3. Connect to the NIKKI Connect App
If cleaning doesn’t solve the issue and your NIKKI still won’t turn on, try connecting the device to the NIKKI Connect app. In cases where the device goes into a hard shutdown, the NIKKI Connect app can help recover it, allowing your device to function again.
