My membership should be two years, but my device only shows one. What should I do?

  • The email you used to purchase your NIKKI 
  • The email you used to Join the Wellness Store
  • The Friendly ID of your NIKKI device


How to find your Friendly ID:
On your NIKKI device, swipe to the Settings menu, tap About, and locate your Friendly ID. It will begin with NF.

Our team will review your membership and make sure everything is set up correctly.
