I accidentally added the wrong device to my Wellness Store. What should I do?

  • The email you used when signing up
  • The Friendly ID of your NIKKI device

How to find your Friendly ID:
On your NIKKI device, swipe to the Settings menu, tap About, and locate your Friendly ID. It will begin with NF.

Our team will update your account for you.
