Start Here: A guide for new NIKKI and Wellness Store users

Important Tips for Updating your NIKKI Wellness Technology

• Stay within the NIKKI Connect app during the update process.
• Keep your NIKKI device on the provided charger throughout the update.
• Avoid copying and pasting your Activation Code; enter it manually.
• Activation codes are not case-sensitive.

Install NIKKI Connect App Google Play Store or App Store for iOS devices on your mobile device 

Make sure Bluetooth is turned on and you allow access.

Step 1: Charge Your NIKKI Device

Place your NIKKI on the provided charger.

Step 2: Open NIKKI Connect App

Launch the NIKKI Connect app on your mobile device.

Step 3: Allow Bluetooth Connection

Ensure Bluetooth is enabled on your device. The app will automatically search for available NIKKI devices.

Step 4: Connect to Your NIKKI

When the app detects your NIKKI, tap on it.  

A window will appear saying "Device Connection Successfully."

Step 5: Update Your NIKKI

Tap "Update NIKKI" in the app to install the latest firmware.  

During this process, your NIKKI will turn off and may not respond until the update is complete.

Step 6: Finish the Update

Once the update is complete, the app will display "Updated Successfully" Tap the "Finish" button.

Step 7: Reconnect to Your NIKKI

NIKKI Connect will search for your NIKKI again.  

If it doesn't appear immediately, tap the Refresh button.  

Once it appears, tap on the NIKKI device listed.

Step 8: Activate Your NIKKI

A window will confirm "Device Connection Successfully" once again.  

Tap the "Activate" button to open the NIKKI Activation Portal.

Step 9: Enter Your Activation Code

Input your Activation Code.  

After successfully entering the code, you’ll see "Activation Complete" highlighted in green.  

Tap the back arrow in the top-left corner.

Step 10: Download Wellness Program

Your Wellness Programs will automatically begin downloading.  

If they do not start, tap the blue Connect button to manually start the download.

How to Join the Wellness Store

1. While NIKKI is still Connected to the NIKKI Connect App
2. Tap the three dots in the upper right corner
3. Tap Activate Manage/Frequencies
4. Tap Join the Wellness Store
5. Create your account
6. Once complete, tap Manage Device
