I joined the Wellness Store with the wrong email. What should I do?

No problem at all.


If you set up your Wellness Store Membership using the incorrect email, simply contact our team at hello@wearenikki.com. Please include:

  • The email you used when signing up
  • The Friendly ID of your NIKKI device


How to find your Friendly ID:
On your NIKKI device, swipe to the Settings menu, tap About, and locate your Friendly ID. It will begin with NF.
