NIKKI is not connecting to the NIKKI Connect App

For NIKKI to communicate with the NIKKI Connect app, Bluetooth must be enabled on both your mobile device and the NIKKI device.


If you see a red circle around the Wi-Fi symbol on your NIKKI, swipe to the settings menu, select Bluetooth, and toggle it on.
