Why is my NIKKI device not pairing with the NIKKI Connect app?

If your NIKKI device is not pairing with the NIKKI Connect app, there are a few troubleshooting steps you can take to resolve the issue:


1. Ensure that your NIKKI device is fully charged and that Bluetooth is enabled on your mobile device. A low battery or disabled Bluetooth can prevent the pairing process from being successful.


2. Check the home screen on your NIKKI device for a red circle around the Wi-Fi symbol. If you see a red circle, it indicates that the Wi-Fi connection is not active. To resolve this, swipe to the settings menu on your NIKKI, tap on Bluetooth, and toggle Bluetooth to ON. Once you have done this, retry the pairing process with the NIKKI Connect app.


3. If the issue persists, try restarting both your NIKKI device and your mobile device. Sometimes a simple restart can resolve connectivity issues.
