My code says it is in use? How do I fix this?

Once you enter your activation code the white activation screen takes a few moments to update. It pauses and removes the code. We just need to give NIKKI and NIKKI Connect time to communicate with each other. If you close the app and reconnect your NIKKI will start to update with your Platinum Frequency Sets.
