Here are some help tips to help troubleshoot your Wave 1
1. Reboot your WAVE 1:
Hold the start button down for 5-6 seconds, until the indicator light starts blinking purple/yellow. Release. The indicator light will now be off. Press the power button to turn on. If you device does not turn on, please connect it to a wall plug and be sure it is charged.
USB cable:
Confirm that you are using the data USB cable provided by FREmedica.
As even a good cable can fail, you are welcome to try another USB cable (make sure that it's a "data-transfer" USB cable and not a "charge-only" one, they are typically a bit thicker and better quality).
USB port:
If your Wave Assistant app is not recognizing your WAVE 1, apart from making sure you are using FREmedica’s USB cable, you can try plugging the cable into another USB port in your computer. When it comes to data transferring, sometimes one port works better than the other.
