How to create a playlist

Before You Begin

Please ensure the following before starting:

  • Your mobile device is updated to the latest version of iOS
  • The NIKKI Connect App is updated to version 2.0.0
  • Your NIKKI device is connected to the charger throughout the process
  • Bluetooth is enabled on both your mobile device and your NIKKI device
  • Remain inside the NIKKI Connect App during setup

Step-by-Step Instructions

1. Open the NIKKI Connect App

Launch the NIKKI Connect App on your mobile device.

2. Connect Your NIKKI Device

  • Tap the three dots in the upper-right corner
  • Select Available Devices
  • The app will begin searching for nearby devices
  • Tap your NIKKI device when it appears

3. Allow Wellness Programs to Re-Download

Your Wellness Programs will automatically begin re-downloading.

Important: Make sure all Wellness Programs are fully installed before moving to the next step.

4. Open Frequency Management

  • Tap the three dots again
  • Select Activate / Manage Frequencies

A new window will open.

5. Create a New Playlist

  • Scroll down to the Playlist section
  • Tap Add New Playlist
  • Enter a name for your playlist
    • Playlist names have a 16-character limit
  • Tap Update

Your new playlist has now been created successfully.
