Make sure mobile device is updated to the most current IOS
Make sure you have updated NIKKI Connect App to version 2.0.0
Keep NIKKI connected to charger, and remain in the NIKKI Connect app
Have Bluetooth on for phone and NIKKI device
Open NIKK Connect app
Tap the 3 dots in the upper right corner, select Available Devices, the app will search for devices
Tap on NIKKI when it appears
Wellness programs will re-download, make sure they are installed before proceeding
Tap the 3 dots again
Select Activate / Manage Frequencies
A new window will pop up
Scroll down to Playlist
Tap on Add New Playlist
Enter a name for your playlist - this has a 16 character limit
Tap Update
