NIKKI Not Charging

Modified on Mon, 23 Sep at 3:58 PM

If your NIKKI is not charging, there are a few troubleshooting steps you can take to resolve the issue. Here are some tips to help you get your NIKKI charging properly:

1. Check the strap: Make sure that the strap of your NIKKI is properly positioned and securely connected to the charger. If the straps are not properly aligned, it may interfere with the charging process. Adjust the position of the straps to ensure a secure connection with the charger.

2. Clean the surfaces: Use a cotton swab and a touch of rubbing alcohol to clean the back of your NIKKI and the charger. Sweat and other residues can accumulate on the surfaces, which may interfere with the charging process. Gently wipe both surfaces with a soft cloth or tissue to remove any buildup and ensure a clean connection.

3. Check the power source: Ensure that the charger is plugged into a power source and that it has power. Use a charging block of 5 watts or more to ensure a proper charge. If the charger is not plugged into a power source, or if the power source is not working, your NIKKI will not charge properly.
